• 10-12 patients
• Hygienists part time
• 85% Adults 15% Kids
• 10% Crowns 20% Dentures, 35% extractions (mostly simple, some surgical?) 35% fillings all mat avail.
• 2 experienced dental assistants
• New building with 3 operatories
• Eagle Soft Software
• Pano/ digital x-ray
• All new up to date equipment
• Started denistry about a year ago and have had 2 dentist

We would like a dentist to build our practice and give quality dental care. Carbon Medical is a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer sliding fee and also see Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance. We offer a competitive salary with benefits, i.e PTO, all federal holidays, mal-practice insurance and health insurance.
