We offer a compensation package unmatched by other organizations. Dentists are paid a guaranteed salary for 90 days and afterwards, earn up to 33% of production with no exclusions, including and zero lab fees. Just great pay for great work! In addition, we offer in-house CE opportunities and the support systems you need in order to grow your patient base without all of the hassle that comes with running your own practice.
Responsibilities include performing all general clinical dentistry procedures such as exams, restorative work and extractions; as well as endodontic and crown and bridge procedures and fixed and removable prosthodontics care. Must be accomplished at building dentist/patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner and committed to continuing education for the purpose of continuous growth and development. Dentists enjoy clinical autonomy while benefiting from support and collaboration with colleagues and mentor. All practice settings offer state-of-the-art equipment and friendly, productive dental teams.
Must hold DMD or DDS degree and an active license to practice dentistry in Utah. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, not required.
